When does the program start and end? +

The online program kicks off on October 17th, 2016, and will run for six weeks. The program will be complete on Friday 25th November, 2016. Once the program is over you will still be able to access all of the training materials.

I'm a late starter. How can I catch up after the program has begun? +

Go to the Module 1 Intro Page to catch up on the program work from the first week, then follow through the syllabus for each week. It’s not imperative that the work gets done at a specific time.

Coaching Calls

What is the schedule for the calls? +

Throughout the six weeks of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with me live via group coaching calls. You will be able to ask questions during the calls or submit them beforehand. The calls will be held on:

  • Sydney: Wed 26th October at 12pm (NYC: Tue 25th October at 9pm)
  • Sydney: Wed 9th November at 1pm (NYC: Tue 8th November at 9pm)
  • Sydney: Wed 23rd November at 12pm (NYC: Tue 22nd November at 8pm)

Each call will be approximately sixty minutes. You can join by dialing (03) 8672 0100 (in Australia) or (605) 562-3131 (in America). Other country numbers can be found here.

I can’t participate in the live coaching calls - will they be replayed? +

If you can’t join the live coaching calls, you will be able to view them on demand as soon as they are posted.

Technical Questions

Why am I having trouble watching the videos? +

The most common reason for buffering (or stopping and starting) is that you may not be using the most up-to-date version of your Web browser or Adobe Flash. Also, the video files are large, so please make sure that you are using a high-speed connection. Please see all suggestions below by type of device:

Desktops/Laptops

  • Make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of your Web browser and Adobe Flash.
  • Check to see if another program is limiting your bandwidth.
  • Try refreshing your Web browser.
  • Close your current browser and reopen it.
  • Try using another Web browser on your computer.
  • If the audio is low, check the video player to make sure the volume is at the maximum level. You should also check your volume settings on your desktop or laptop to make they are set to the maximum level.

 Tablets

  • Check to make sure your service provider coverage is not experiencing any problems.
  • Check to make sure your WiFi connection is enabled.
  • Check to see if you are running another app. If so, that app may be limiting your connection.
  • Try refreshing your window.
  • Close out your current window and reopen it.
  • If the audio is low, check the video player to make sure the volume is at the maximum level. You should also check the volume settings on your device and make sure they are set to the maximum level.

Smartphones

  • Check to make sure your service provider coverage is not experiencing any problems.

Why am I not receiving course emails? +

Your Internet service provider may recognise the course emails as spam, or if you are using Gmail, the emails may be going into your Promotions folder. This can be avoided by adding chelle@michellemcquaid.com to your address book.
